"Upper Bay" is a small collection of artwork created by husband and wife team Paul Howshall and Liz Arango-Howshall. The exhibition showcases the largest estuary in the United States, the Chesapeake Bay. Picturesque panoramas of the "Upper Bay" can be appreciated through the photographic lens of Paul Howshall and the paintings of Visual Artist and Art Educator, Liz Arango-Howshall, which showcase the Upper Bay and one of its greatest inhabitants, the great Rock Fish. The exhibit is intended to take the viewer on a tour of our waterways through naturally beautiful atmospheric effects.
