This group will be held at Magnolia Middle School - 299 Fort Hoyle Rd, Joppa, MD, 21085 - on Monday and Thursday evenings 7:30-8:30 pm. This group is held on a month-to-month basis and will meet in October and November (no classes in December). When Harford County Public Schools are closed, we cannot meet as we follow the same schedule as the school. The cost is $30 per month with a one-time registration fee of $10. You are welcome to attend classes on both or either nights - the cost is still the same. Dietra Lockridge will be teaching this class and she is also a certified Zumba instructor. The October class will begin on Thursday, September 29th. If you would like to join this group, please come between 7:00 - 7:15 to register and pay on September 29th. I can ONLY accept cash (no checks or credit card payments).
All ages are welcome to attend both groups. Anyone younger than 18 years of age will need parent/guardian permission. Do not be afraid if you have never tried Zumba or even danced before!!This class is a fun way to excerise and as long as you are moving, you are burning calories. PLEASE do not feel intimated as a lot of people in the group have never done it before or have been the "newby" in class. One of the many great things with Zumba is that you can go at your own pace and your own intensity. There will be classes in the Spring as well but I do not have those details at this time.
