Fire Closed Tydings Bridge In One Direction: Officials
A tractor-trailer fire closed the northbound side of the Tydings Bridge. Lane closures will last until Friday afternoon, officials say.
A vehicle fire on the Tydings Bridge closed Interstate 95 to traffic Thursday night. Emergency roadwork resulting from the blaze will impact traffic until Friday afternoon, according to authorities.
The fire broke out before 11:30 p.m., according to the Coordinated Highways Action Response Team (CHART).
According to the Susquehanna Hose Company, the fire involved a tractor-trailer.

After 8:15 a.m., the Maryland Transportation Authority reported the two left lanes on I-95 had reopened.
The right lane on I-95 north will be closed until about 3 p.m. Friday due to emergency roadwork, officials said.
