First Fridays 2017: Havre de Grace Releases Schedule

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — First Fridays will kick off in Havre de Grace on Friday, May 5.

The outdoor street festival will have a new feature this year — a stage where locals can showcase their talents. It will be called the "Grace Got Talent" stage.

"We want First Fridays to include local community entertainment," Havre de Grace Tourism Manager Lauri Orzewicz said in a statement. "That's why this year we are adding the Grace Got Talent Stage."

The Grace Got Talent Stage will be at the end of Pennington Avenue near St. John Street.

Entertainers interested in performing on The Grace Got Talent Stage should contact the
Havre de Grace Office of Tourism at 1-800-851-7756.

More than 40 vendors, sidewalk sales, outdoor restaurant seating, live music and entertainment will round out the offerings.

First Fridays in Havre de Grace will be from 5 to 9:30 p.m. on the first Friday of each month, May to October. Here are the 2017 dates for First Friday:
