We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. On Aug. 6 at Concord Point Park, the Fish, Fowl and Folk Festival (F3) will feature a variety of acclaimed artists, including Rob Van Sante and Janie Meneely! Festival hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.     There will also be regional cuisine for sale on festival grounds, including our "fish" and "fowl" from right here on the Bay, as well as a beer and wine garden. Take in street performers as you stroll along the promenade, and support local vendors selling their handicrafts! This is a family-friendly, FREE festival put on by the Havre de Grace Decoy Museum, Maritime Museum and Concord Point Lighthouse.  We greatly look forward to celebrating the rich maritime heritage of Havre de Grace and our Upper Bay area with everyone who calls this community home, or is just stopping by for a visit to our "City by the Bay!"
