We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Crews responded in 10 seconds to a fire in Havre de Grace Thursday night, according to Susquehanna Hose Company Chief Scott Hurst.Fire was reported in a building in the 300 block of Fountain Street at 5:56 p.m. on Thursday.The first unit on scene was there within 10 seconds and the fire was out within a few minutes, Hurst said.The cause of the blaze is under investigation.Nobody was injured, according to Hurst.
