The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Does anything look a little brighter around Havre de Grace?  Pedestrians on the Promenade may have noticed the gazebo by the City Yacht Basin glowing this week.  That's because the city contracted with a local company to install low-voltage LED lighting to the structure. iLighting, an LED company based in North East, performed the work.  Having the gazebo lit up adds "safety, security and ambience" to the area, city officials said in a statement.  The city flipped the switch on the project on Monday, Oct. 3, at dusk.  What do you think of the lit-up gazebo?
