The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. Ever wanted to take a peek inside one of the firehouses around Havre de Grace?Each October, fire companies across the nation host their annual open houses in conjunction with <a href="http://www.nfpa.org/safety-information/fire-prevention-week" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">National Fire Prevention Week</a>. The National Fire Protection Association establishes a theme for the annual event to educate the public, and the 2014 Fire Prevention Week theme is "Working Smoke Alarms Save Lives; Test Yours Every Month."The <a href="http://www.susquehanna5.com/news/index/layoutfile/home" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Susquehanna Hose Company</a> is hosting its annual open house this weekend, according to the <a href="https://www.facebook.com/HarfordFireBlog/posts/756370781102748" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Harford Fire Blog</a>. Firefighters invite visitors to meet the members, take a tour and look at the various pieces of equipment at the station.
