Girls Lacrosse: Warriors Lose for First Time in '11
North East halts Havre de Grace's hot start
Maddie Hewitt scored five goals and assisted on three others, but North East rallied for a 13-12 win in girls lacrosse Monday.
It was the Warriors' first loss of the season.
Havre de Grace led, 7-6, at halftime before North East came back.

Aside from Hewitt's productive night, Miranda Blake scored three times and Carly Thompson had two goals. Katie Thompson had a goal and an assist and Margaret Stump had a goal.
Abby Blessing made five first-half saves and Erin Worthington made six stops in the second half.

Havre de Grace falls to 7-1 overall and 4-1 in UCBAC Susquehanna Division games. North East is 5-1 overall and 3-0 in UCBAC Susquehanna games.
