The 2015 Havre de Grace election is upon us. Here’s a quick rundown of the basics.

When: Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5.

Where: Vote at St. Patrick’s Church Hall, 600 Pennington Avenue.
