HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A nationwide competition to determine America's Favorite Small Town includes Harford County's very own Havre de Grace. Leonardtown in St. Mary's County also happens to be a finalist. There are 40 finalists in the nationwide competition "honoring towns with populations under 250,000 that make our country shine." Parade and Steller teamed up to host the competition. Each finalist needed community votes to get to this stage.
