Harford Sheriff: Suspected Child Pornographer May Have Local Victims
Victims sought after man charged with possession with intent to distribute child pornography.

After arresting an area man for child pornography, the Harford County Sheriff’s Office reports it is investigating the possibility that some of his victims may reside in Harford County.
Raymond M. Goodridge, 20, of the 2600 block of Baldwin Mill Road in Baldwin, is charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography and possession with intent to distribute child pornography, court records show.
Authorities arrested Goodridge on Wednesday, March 11, after an investigation led by Harford County Child Advocacy Center Detective Janelle Myers, the sheriff’s office reported.

Since Goodridge’s arrest, officials have determined that some victims may live in Harford or Baltimore counties, according to the report.
“Investigators are attempting to locate minors who may have had contact with this individual either at his former residence in Baldwin, MD, or at his residence in Baltimore County,” the sheriff’s office said in a statement Thursday.

The Harford County Sheriff’s Office reports Goodwin lived in Dundalk before his arrest. He is currently being held at the Harford County Detention Center on $250,000 bond, according to officials.
