Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. Due to repair work on the Hatem Bridge, transportation officials say the westbound part of US 40 will be closed overnight Thursday. The westbound span of the bridge will close at 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, so that crews can repair a water main. It will reopen at 5 a.m. on Friday, July 14.
