The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. Lane closures are planned on the Hatem Bridge every night this week. The closures will allow for road work, which will be done if weather permits.The westbound part of the Hatem Bridge will be closed overnight from Monday to Tuesday to allow for road resurfacing, and one eastbound lane will be closed as well, according to the Maryland Transportation Authority.During the closure, officials say that there may be traffic drags, in which case police will be on site to reduce the pace of vehicles before the work zone.A detour will be in effect on the westbound part of the bridge to allow for road resurfacing. The closure will last from 8 p.m. on Monday, June 25, to 5 a.m. on Tuesday, June 26.Traffic from westbound Thomas J. Hatem Memorial Bridge/US 40 will be detoured onto MD 222 to southbound Interstate 95. A single lane closure on eastbound US 40 is also planned overnight every day this week, from Monday, June 25, through Friday, June 29.
