HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The Holly Jolly First Friday celebration brought droves of families to the city. Floats and motorcycles laced with Christmas lights, elves wearing Santa hats and a sleigh carrying Mr. and Mrs. Claus were among the attractions at Friday night's festivities.
After the parade, Santa and Mayor William Martin lit the city's tree in Rochambeau Plaza.
A performance inspired by "Frozen" captivated children as Santa made his way to Santa Land to hear children's wishes. The song, delivered by "Elsa," also served to promote the Havre de Grace Ice Festival on Jan. 14.
