The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. The Office of the State Fire Marshal ruled that the fireworks in Havre de Grace would not be possible due to saturated conditions, the Havre de Grace Police Department announced Sunday afternoon.The Fourth of July fireworks had been scheduled to take place at dusk near Tydings Park.The area where the fireworks are traditionally launched, Park Island, would be unsafe for such activities because of flooding from recent rains, police said."An effort was made to find a suitable secondary location, but no other location was immediately found that could satisfy the safety requirements and needs for this type of event," police reported.There is no makeup date scheduled.The carnival will continue in Tydings Park until 10:30 p.m. Sunday, and the concert by <a href="http://headrushrocks.net/the-band" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Head Rush</a> will also go on as planned at 7 p.m. Sunday at the City Yacht Basin.
