We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. Havre de Grace Chamber of Commerce hosted its' September Luncheon at The Bayou Restaurant, and the guest speaker was Daniel Dolce, Havre de Grace native and a highly successful designer of men's signature collection of cufflinks, handmade Italian ties, scarves, and dress shirts. Daniel Dolce's products are sold in fine independent men's stores and department stores nationwide. Mr. Dolce was inspired by his mother, who own the Dolly Mae fashion store on Washington St in Havre de Grace, which operated from the '60's through the '80's. Mr. Dolce now resides in South Beach, Miami, Fl. His speech was entertaining, informative and inspirational. Luncheon was sponsored by Harford Community College. Photo Credit: Leo Heppner
