NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Mayor and City Council will be convening in Council Chambers at 711 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, Maryland to hold a virtual Public Hearing on April 20, 2020 beginning at 7 PM to receive public comment on an Amendment to the City Charter to authorize the Mayor, during a State of Emergency, to issue executive orders suspending certain enumerated Charter deadlines and time requirements on a temporary basis. The Public Hearing will be livestreamed and a call-in number provided for those seeking to comment.
