The 100 block of North Washington Street will be closed as of 5:30 p.m., Police Chief Teresa Walter said at a recent city council meeting. The road will remain closed until approximately 8 p.m.

“Have all your kids dressed properly,” Walter advised. She said masks should fit and costumes should be short enough so children do not trip.
