Hazmat Investigation Underway At HdG Railroad Crossing
BREAKING: The public is asked to avoid the area of Lewis Lane at the CSX railroad crossing.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD - Officials say a hazmat team is on the way to the CSX railroad crossing in Havre de Grace Tuesday morning due to a suspicious substance.
Before 8:30 a.m., the Susquehanna Hose Company was dispatched to the railroad crossing at Lewis Lane for an investigation.
An undetermined white substance had been found on the tracks, firefighters reported.

The Harford County hazmat team had been called to continue the investigation before 9 a.m, authorities said.
While the hose company said there was no immediate threat, the public was asked to avoid the area.
