The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. The fire was traced to the attic but its exact cause is unknown, according to the Office of the State Fire Marshal.Crews were dispatched at 4:29 a.m. on Saturday to the 700 block of Girard Street, where officials said those inside the single-story home discovered the blaze.Approximately 20 firefighters responded from the Susquehanna Hose Company and brought the fire under control within 20 minutes, according to authorities.There was $25,000 in structural damage, officials said, and $25,000 worth of items inside the home were lost as well.Nobody was injured.According to the fire marshal, there was a smoke alarm in the house; however, it did not activate. Fire Broke Out On Girard Street Saturday

A fire on Girard Street Saturday morning drew nearly two dozen firefighters from the Susquehanna Hose Company, officials said.
