HdG Election 2018: Seven Candidates, Three Council Seats

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The Havre de Grace election is coming up May 8. Voting will take place from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at St. Patrick's Hall on Pennington Avenue.

Seven candidates are vying for three seats on the Havre de Grace City Council:

• Jim Ringsaker
• Kirk Smith
• Casi Tomarchio
• Carolyn J. Zinner
