The free event is open to the public and takes place on Saturday, October 28 from 5:00-7:00pm with check in activities at the HDGHA management office, 101 Stansbury Court in Havre de Grace.

Candy and other handouts will be given by community residents along with the following businesses and organizations: Havre de Grace Police Department; Susquehanna Hose Company; Harford County Office on Drug Control Policy; Sherwin-WIlliams Aberdeen; Havre de Grace Ambulance Corps; Freestate Challenge Academy; Maryland Transportation Authority, Steps Recovery and Family Tree.

Nicki Biggs is the Acting Executive Director of the Havre de Grace Housing Authority. She says, “HDGHA assists families in need whether they live here or not, so we are happy to provide this free, safe and fun activity for youngsters in and around the area. This event is also a great way to get to know the friendly residents of Somerset Manor and interact with some of the local agencies and businesses that help make Havre de Grace one of the safest cities in Maryland.”
