Arrests do not indicate convictions.A rear tag was reported stolen from a red Pontiac in the 1000 block of Pulaski Highway at 12:36 p.m. on Aug. 7.A 34-year-old woman from Telestar Way was pulled over on Saint John Street at Washington Street at 7:18 p.m. on Aug. 5. She was charged with DWI and related offenses.A purse from Victoria's Secret was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 900 block of Eugene Drive. Makeup, a hair dryer and personal items were also taken in the theft, which was reported at 10:45 p.m. on Aug. 1.
