HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The Havre de Grace Police Department provided the following information about recent incidents in the city. Arrests do not equal convictions.A rear tag was stolen from the 100 block of North Washington Street. The theft was reported after 1 p.m. on Feb. 10. A 41-year-old Massachusetts man was arrested after 11 a.m. on Feb. 10. He was wanted on a warrant for traffic violations out of Worcester County. Police took him to the Harford County Detention Center.There was an assault in the 300 block of Bourbon Street before 4 p.m. on Feb. 9. It was not a domestic-related incident, police said.A child's wagon and table were taken from a backyard in the 100 block of North Union Avenue at 2:10 p.m. on Feb. 9.
