HdG House Fire: 3 Displaced, Susquehanna Hose Company Says
The Office of the State Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of a Sunday morning house fire in Havre de Grace.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Three people were displaced as the result of a house fire Sunday morning in Havre de Grace. Fire was showing from the second floor when crews arrived, according to the Susquehanna Hose Company.
Firefighters were dispatched to the 200 block of Marshall Court at 7:23 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 23, officials said.
Once crews snuffed out the blaze in a second-story bedroom, firefighters reported they discovered the flames had extended to the attic and second-floor hallway as well.

The Susquehanna Hose Company, Aberdeen Fire Department and Level Volunteer Fire Company assisted, and the Community Fire Company of Perryville covered calls for the hose company. The Havre de Grace Ambulance Corps was on standby in case anyone needed medical attention, and the Havre de Grace Police Department provided traffic control during the response.

Three people were relocated to separate housing, according to the Susquehanna Hose Company.
Those who would like to make donations to the family may drop them off at the Susquehanna Hose Company firehouse at 911 Revolution Street in Havre de Grace. Gift cards are recommended as far as donations. The family has one cat and no small children, according to the Susquehanna Hose Company.
