The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! "Please note it is also subject to cancellation based on COVID conditions leading up to the festival."In the past two years the festival has been around, it has been held in January and brought downtown Havre de Grace to life during the winter months with fire pits, costumed characters, ice carving demonstrations, s'mores and interactive exhibits.
