HdG Library Floods From Broken Pipe
BREAKING: The Havre de Grace Library closed Saturday afternoon due to a flood.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A broken pipe has caused flooding at the Havre de Grace Library on Saturday, officials said. People were advised to avoid the area on Union Avenue.
The library reported that it was closed on Saturday afternoon due to the issue.
At 12:49 p.m., the Susquehanna Hose Company was dispatched to 120 North Union Avenue, where the Havre de Grace Library is.

Before 1:30 p.m., firefighters said that they were still at the scene and had found a "busted water pipe which has caused major flooding in the library. Please avoid."
The library branch was closed, and its family paint-along event was canceled, officials reported.
