HdG Pipe Exorcism May Impact Water Service
The city of Havre de Grace is clearing out valves.

Water may be shut off temporarily for some residents of Havre de Grace on Thursday, officials said.
The Department of Public Works gave notice Wednesday that from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, crews will be working on the water system in the following areas:
- South Union Avenue, Girard Street, Giles Street, Strawberry Lane, South Stokes Street
Workers “will be exorcising valves in the area,” according to a statement from the city.

“During this process you may experience little to no water service for a very brief period of time,” the statement said. “If your water is discolored, run the cold water faucet until it clear.”
