HDG Rock Band 'Listen For The Light' Announces Benefit Show

Listen For The Light announces 2nd annual hometown show "Squadfest 2" and plans on using it to give back to the community in a big way.

After an extremely eventful summer, and success from their first hometown show, the boys went back to drawing board and began planning Squadfest 2. If you missed the first Squadfest, you can click HERE to watch the official recap.

"Last year was a really unanticipated success. There seemed to be a lot of buzz going around but we still didn't know what to expect. All the bands did such a great job selling tickets and promoting the event, but we were still really anxious about the whole thing. The venue held about 300 people and we ended up having at least 350-375 people show up at the door. It was packed the entire show and everyone had a really good time, fans and performers. So when it was all over and we had a little time to reflect, everyone in the band was on the same page like...yeah we HAVE to do that again, but its got to be even bigger. We have some great surprises in store for everyone this time around".

And they are staying true to that plan. Stacked with some of Harford County's best musical acts, at face value, Squadfest 2 is looking like the best one yet. Performances will include Bel Air natives Something More, Arkhaven, Remedy Within Ruins, Who Is Atlas and of course, headlining will be Havre de Grace's own Listen For The Light. The show is ALL AGES and will take place at the Havre de Grace Community Center on December 28th from 5:30pm-midnight.

To make this year even more special, Listen For The Light will be donating a portion of the ticket sales back to the Havre de Grace High School Music Program. Not only will this help get students get new musical equipment, but it will also help send the students to Disney World.
