HDG Rock Band 'Listen For The Light' Take You Into The Studio, Announce Hometown Show

The last time we spoke with Listen For The Light, they had just finished recording their brand new single "To Light The Way" with Taylor Larson (From First To Last/Periphery). Recently, the 6-piece released a studio update video that gives the viewers an inside look during their recording sessions. This video is the first chance that listeners will get to hear the explosive new sound the band has achieved with "To Light The Way".

"This video gives a behind the scenes look into our time spent in the studio, and also explains what this song really means to us as a band and as individuals. We put everything we had into this song, and we can't wait for our friends, families and fans to hear it!" - Listen For The Light

Along with their studio update, the band had a another surprise in store for their hometown fans. In order to raise money for a touring van, the guys decided to create their own music festival in Havre de Grace called "Squadfest". Listen For The Light handpicked each musical act on the show, and will be headlining the event. The show is all ages and will also include an after party hosted by LFTL drummer Adam Lilly. Other performances include Harford County natives Something More, Arkhaven, Remedy Within Ruins and the Spade Gang. There will be a full bar, food and games as well. The event will take place August 12th at the legion in Havre de Grace.

In addition, the hometown heroes are teaming up with Springwood Productions to begin shooting for their first official music video this Friday. These guys are gaining momentum daily and show no signs of slowing down.
