The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. The committee is seeking assistance in putting together its 2016 class of inductees.To be nominated, a person must be a graduate of HHS; have had a positive impact on society and be a role model for young people; demonstrate exceptional abilities in his/her field; and embody the school's motto "Enter to Learn, Leave to Serve."  To nominate someone for the hall of fame, send a letter with the person's name and graduation year along with a statement about how the individual exemplifies the school motto in society and demonstrates exceptional abilities in his/her field.  Nominations are being accepted until Friday, Aug. 12. People must send their nominations in writing to Havre de Grace High School Hall of Fame Committee, 700 Congress Ave., Havre de Grace, MD 21078.  The newest class of the Havre de Grace High School Hall of Fame will be inducted on Friday, Oct. 7, during homecoming festivities.
