Health & Fitness

homeostasis

Keeping skin in balance will give you a better complexion. You keep the skin in balance when it is not too alkaline or too basic, which means it is not too dry or too oily. the healthiest skin is measurable with a Ph stick which will read around 5.5, which is actually more on the acidic level but not too much. If you are having problems with your skin document  your skin care results with a photograph, journal documentation and a register of your Ph level. Most women will notice a  change around their menstrual time. Also try to do a skin care regime for atleast 22 days to value the results. You can't judge product usage or a change in your routine with just  a few days, your skin actually will get used to a new product and sometimes there will even be a "darkness before the dawn" situation when  anything new happens to the skin. This means that it might get a smidge worse before it gets better, so don't discontinue use and feel defeated. Just keep going until the 22 days are over and if your results haven't improved you might be on the wrong path!
