Hope For Struggling Addicts At Havre de Grace High School
Those struggling with addiction are not alone, and this art installation in Havre de Grace aims to show people that there is hope.
HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Have you seen the Angel Wall? A group of students in Havre de Grace created the display in a message of hope for those struggling with addiction.
The Havre de Grace Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) gathered more than 1,000 messages of support for those fighting addiction and installed them on the Angel Wall, according to a statement from the Harford County Office of Drug Control Policy.
The group's sponsor, Paige Milanoski, helped put together the project, which officials say is designed to break down the stigma attached to addiction.
