The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! A patient at Harford Memorial Hospital assaulted two hospital security guards Wednesday in response to a request that she move her bed, according to a report from the <a href="http://havredegracemd.com/police/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Havre de Grace Police Department</a>.At 3:23 a.m. on Wednesday, police were summoned to the hospital in the 500 block of South Union Avenue, where a patient had assaulted two security guards.The patient had put her bed against the wall and when staff asked her to return it to the middle of the room, she refused.Hospital security intervened and as officials tried to move the bed to the middle of the room with her in it, the patient got out of bed and hit one guard in the chest, then bit another guard on the bicep.Police referred the individuals involved to the commissioner to press charges.See more from HdG PD in the Crime Blotter: <a href="https://patch.com/maryland/havre-de-grace/5-thefts-3-vehicles-vandalized-hdg-police-blotter" target="_blank" rel="noopener">5 Thefts, 3 Vehicles Vandalized in Havre de Grace</a>
