A midday crash caused lane closures and delays on I-95 north near MD 155 for more than an hour.By 1:20 p.m. the crash had cleared, according to the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA). Two vehicles were involved in the crash, which state transportation officials said happened before noon.
