Trooper Injured In I-95 Crash Near Havre de Grace: Officials
The crash caused a shutdown of Interstate 95 for medevac response south of MD 155.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD â Interstate 95 was closed for approximately one hour to northbound traffic in Harford County Monday after a two-vehicle crash involving a state trooper.
The collision occurred on I-95 north before the exit for MD 155 around 12:30 p.m. It was located near mile marker 88.1, according to state transportation officials.
A Maryland State Police vehicle and a passenger car collided in the crash, according to the Susquehanna Hose Company. As part of the emergency response, a medevac landed on I-95 north prior to MD 155.

Traffic on I-95 south was held from approximately 1:10 to 1:25 p.m. for the medevac to land.
Two people were airlifted to the University of Maryland R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, the Susquehanna Hose Company reported.

By 1:40 p.m., traffic had been released in both directions; however, heavy delays remained in the area.
