It's First Friday in Havre de Grace!

Downtown Havre de Grace will transform into a street fair from 5 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 1, thanks to Havre de Grace Main Street, which organizes the event.

Diners can enjoy the Friday evening breeze outside at Laurrapin Grille, Coakley’s Pub, MacGregor’s Restaurant, Rogers Tavern and The Vineyard Wine Bar, which are all offering cafe seating for the occasion.

Laurrapin will have First Friday drink specials, a beer garden and live music from Second Chance.

Coakley’s features a beer garden; signature drink white peach crush; live music from Wayne Dean Blues from 6 to 9 p.m.; and jumbo hotdogs, gourmet burgers, Carolina pulled pork and BBQ buffalo chicken dip.
