Kahlua Candy From Bulle Rock Prompts Police Warning On Halloween
Police in Havre de Grace issued a warning for parents after a questionable candy emerged in one trick-or-treater's loot.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Parents are advised to check their trick-or-treaters' candy when they get home. And in Havre de Grace, an item was found that prompted police to issue a warning for others.
"Please look over your children's candy. This piece of Kahlua candy was found by parents in Havre de Grace," police said Halloween night on Facebook. "They believe it is adult candy with alcohol inside. They were unable to determine who gave it out, but it came from the Bulle Rock neighborhood."
There are candies that contain Kahlua flavoring that are alcohol-free, community members chimed in on Facebook, linking to the product, made by Turin.
