We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. One kayaker was found and another was unaccounted for Wednesday morning after hours of searching the Susquehanna River, according to emergency personnel.Maryland State Police aviation and rescue boats responded to a report Tuesday night of an overturned kayak with multiple people in the water, the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association reported.At 10 p.m., the Susquehanna Hose Company was dispatched to the Cecil County side of the river to provide mutual aid.One kayaker was found and did not require medical attention, according to the association.A second kayaker remained unaccounted for after a search until 1:38 a.m. Wednesday, at which point the Water Witch Volunteer Fire Company called off the effort.
