Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. Join us on Tuesday nights from 7 p.m. til 10:00 pm. You will learn all the latest line dances lessons at the same time you are exercising and having a great time! Very basic lessons start promptly at 7 p.m. with about 3-4 lessons per night. Slow pace so everyone has a chance to pick up the steps! Cost is $10 per person and that includes your bottled beer, soda, bottle water lessons and dancing.
