Liberty Homes Opens Model at Bulle Rock Saturday

Liberty Homes will serve sundaes, milkshakes and ice cream cake at the opening of two new models today.

The Residents at Bulle Rock's Liberty Homes Model Grand Opening Celebration will run from noon to 3 p.m. today at 301 and 303 Tecumseh Way.

"We are excited to introduce our model homes with some old-fashioned fun," Liberty Homes sales manager Catina Fair said in a statement. "Buyers will get to see that Liberty Homes creates spaces with meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail that truly reflect your specific lifestyle."

Liberty Homes will build 49 ranch-style homes, with prices beginning in the $280,000 range, in Bulle Rock's Fairmount Park neighborhood. Four floor plans will be offered, each with two-car garages, three bathrooms and a den.

Katie's Delight I has a base of 1,891 square feet with a the potential to upgrade to up to 2,243 square feet. Emily's Elegance I has a bace of 1,959 square feet with the option of building up to as much as 2,150 square feet. Katie's Delight II and Emily's Elegance II include basements with the option to have the basements finished.

Liberty's model homes are open regularly on Mondays from 3-6 p.m., and Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
