LIGHTS, CAMERA and YOU?
KEG Productions is a short film production company based right here in Havre de Grace. They are a division of the non-profit Havre de Grace Drama Guild and thus far have produced four shorts, including one that screened last summer at the Charles Theater in downtown Baltimore. If you happen to be wandering around town on Saturday, February 8 and stumble across a film crew, that would be them filming their next short, "The Yule Logline."
The story is a comedy that pays homage to some of the classic Christmas movies of the past, and if you have ever had the bug to be in a movie, now is your chance. KEG Productions is about to cast the film and they are looking for anyone interested in being considered for a part. Past acting experience is a plus but not mandatory. There are parts for two teenage females, four adult males, two adult females and several elementary/middle school aged children. These are non-union, unpaid roles.
If you are interested in trying your hand at acting for the silver screen, contact Executive Producer Ken Coughlan at hdgdrama@yahoo.com or (443)987-4395.
