Havre de Grace's downtown shops will join in on Small Business Saturday, hoping to lure more holiday shopping business to the city's arts and entertainment district.

Once the turkey-induced slumber tapers off and you've recovered from Black Friday, Havre de Grace business owners are hoping you venture into the city's arts and entertainment district for Small Business Saturday.
