Two seasonal happenings will draw visitors to the Susquehanna Museum at the Lock House this weekend.

Every year, the Susquehanna Museum at the Lock House winds down for the winter, when it closes for the season. But first, it is throwing two fall events.
This Saturday, the Lock House is hosting a fall festival during the day and a haunted house at night.

Ghosts, witches, goblins and other scary surprises await in the old home on the Susquehanna River, where the lock tender used to live during the days of the Susquehanna and Tidewater Canal. Tricks and treats will be part of the experience, according to the museum. Admission is $1.
The fall festival is from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25. The haunted house will be from 6 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25. Both are family friendly, according to organizers.
