The Lock House Welcomes the Chesapeake Bay Foundation

The Lock House Museum welcomes, from the Chesapeake Bay Foundation: Doug Myers, Senior Scientist, and Paul Smail, Staff Litigation Attorney

Please join the Lock House Museum as we welcome from the Chesapeake Bay Foundation:Doug Myers, Maryland Senior Scientist, and Paul Smail, Staff Litigation Attorney.

The Conowingo Dam has helped reduce pollution to the Chesapeake Bay, but concerns remain for a dam that has reached capacity, and for pollution that continues to flow from Pennsylvania. Please join us for a discussion that will cover:1) The “State of Conowingo” and upstream pollution,2) The legal and scientific solutions being proposed, and 3) An opportunity to ask questions following the presentation.

This should be a lively discussion. We hope you can join us at the Opera House on April 12th at 7:00PM. Please call Tyler Buck at 410-939-5780 with questions.
