
Yup, that was how the tears started flowing today. I don’t want to go back. I’m sad. Me too. I love you…. Wow. I had to choke back my own tears, put a smile on my face and reply: I love you too, and we will miss you so much. But I have great peace because I know you will be taken care of in your future. That seemed to settle all of us down a little bit. But while I was working on compiling the photo album, they all stayed close, coloring in their books as I worked.
After the chaperone left us today, I took them up to the pool. That was great! A very happy diversion.
Later, we had tacos for dinner. If it weren’t for Leidy, I’m not sure we would have had those, and I’m so glad we did. They love tacos!
