Man Chases Girlfriend with Electrical Cord: Havre de Grace Police
The man was attempting to hit his girlfriend with the cord, according to police.
Officers were called to the Route 40 McDonald's this week after a man chased his girlfriend with an electrical cord, according to the Havre de Grace Police Department.
At 2:03 a.m. on Sunday, a woman said her boyfriend broke into her apartment and chased her with a black electrical cord, attempting to hit her with it, according to the report.
Police said they found the man at her apartment in the 700 block of Pulaski Highway, where he was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment and intent to injure with a dangerous weapon.
The man, a 29-year-old from Gwynn Oak, was released from the Harford County Detention Center on Wednesday, according to online court records.
