Man Rescued From Lawnmower In Havre de Grace: Officials

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The Harford County technical rescue team saved a man Friday in Havre de Grace who was injured by a lawnmower, officials say.

The man was airlifted to a regional trauma center in serious condition after the incident, which occurred before 11:30 a.m. at Father Martin's Ashley in the 800 block of Tydings Lane, according to Jenn Chenworth, spokeswoman for the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association.

First responders from the Harford County technical rescue team and Aberdeen Fire Department used ropes to access the victim, who was in a sloped area, Chenworth said.
