This year, the Warriors (3-1 overall, 1-0 UCBAC Chesapeake Division) could benefit from another win against Fallston (4-0 overall, 1-0 UCBAC Chesapeake Division).
The two foes are among the four unbeaten teams in the divison—including North Harford, which plays its first division game of the year at Aberdeen Friday.
The Warriors are second in the 1A East region standings through four games. Four teams make the playoffs in each region, and the Warriors have a two-game lead over four teams battling for the No. 4 seed.
While it's early to be talking playoff standings, the Warriors have a nice cushion. That edge would be all the more comfortable with a victory against Fallston, sitting in third place in the Class 2A East standings.
A win would be worth five points for Fallston, and six for Havre de Grace.

What They're Saying
The Aegis’ Inky Webb did not have selections posted online Friday.
(Last week: Webb predicted a 16-14 Warriors victory.)
The Record's Shad Roe predicts a Warriors loss:
The River City boys got another win last week despite scoring just eight points, as they were able to shut down the C. Milton Wright offense entirely in an 8-0 victory. Tonight, however, they're up against the undefeated Fallston Cougars, and eight points will not cut it. It could be a close one, but I'm going with Fallston. The pick: Cougars win, 21-19.
(Last week: Roe predicted a 24-6 Warriors win.)
Patch Says
The Havre de Grace defense has been solid, but Greg Long's squad has to prove it can score. The Road Warriors improve to 2-0 away from in this showdown. Warriors 28, Fallston 26.
